We are looking for an experienced Business Functional Specialist located in Denmark, who is excited about data analysis and has a deep understanding of business/functional needs, agile methodologies and techniques as well as their practical application.

What you will be doing
As a Business Functional Specialist in the Payments Data Cluster, you will have an important role in transforming the payments data foundation to support strategic and regulatory objectives within Danske Bank. This involves spearheading the creation of a new payments data model - a critical component of Danske Bank’s ambitious data strategy.
You will work as part of a team, while maintaining plenty of personal flexibility and ownership of your daily work, which includes:
- Collect and refine business requirements and documenting them as user stories in Jira,
- Help the Product Owner prioritise based on business value
- Plan and monitor various test types
- Communication and alignment with stakeholders across the bank.
What we hope you will bring
We Imagine you have solid knowledge of payments domain (at least 2-3 years in Credit Transfer/ Instant Payment or cross-border payments). You hold a great direct verbal and written communication experience with stakeholders in business, operations, program management, market infrastructure.
Furthermore;
- Understanding of payments data model
- Experience with data mapping in payments domain (ISO 20022)
- Story writing in Jira
- Ability to grasp new functional concepts and context in banking business domain.
- Solution-centric thinking for a ground-up build; create functional scenarios
- Simple SQL skills
- API testing experience
- Can create test scenarios and perform functional testing
- Experience with performing gap analyses
