To strengthen our procurement team at CPH, we are looking for an experienced purchaser who thrives on working at an operational level and who can contribute to continuous improvements in the procurement process –on a global level.

You will be part of a very dedicated purchasing team, which is part of the Global Supply Chain Management organization. You will have a central role in the team, contributing to the development of the purchasing function, including optimization of processes and systems. By building a close relation and working closely with our strategic suppliers and warehouses globally, you will secure on time deliveries to internal and external customers.

The opportunity:

As a purchaser you will work across business units and with our global suppliers both to secure deliveries, but also to make continuous improvements throughout the supply chain.

The primary tasks:

• Create purchase and sales orders
• Securing on time deliveries to internal and external customers
• Support a smooth invoice approval process
• Ensure suppliers and stakeholder management and alignment
• Any other ad hoc administrative tasks

We seek a team member that can identify with the description below:

• You have relevant education within Supply Chain or similar followed by a minimum of 5 years of experience from having worked with Supply Chain and Purchasing on operational and tactical level. Experience from aviation is considered as an advantage.
• You have advanced MS Office skills, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are self-driven with a go-getter attitude
• You are structured and curious seeking improvements
• You are fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge about Quantum and P2P processes is beneficial.
