About The Role

As Logistics Analyst / Logistics Developer, you will be responsible for strategy, design and analysis for first- and middle routes at Instabee. This means collaborating with our Market teams in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Netherlands to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our transport routes between merchant warehouses and Instabee terminals in different countries/cities. The focus is on designing and optimising the network of routes, ensuring great data available to guide Market teams, and that we have the appropriate tools to support these operations. You will be a part of the Logistics Team, who are some of the most talented and friendly people in the organisation, and report directly to the VP Logistics, to support your learning and development.

In this role, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Together with VP Logistics, setting the vision and strategic direction for our first- and middle-mile operations.
• Analysing and designing our first- and middle-mile transport to find improvement opportunities in conjunction with your counterparts in the Markets
• Ensuring high quality through first- and middle-mile operations
• Collaborating with your product colleagues from routing and delivery execution to develop tools for your area.
• Building dashboards to support best-practice sharing

About You

• You would be a smart, strategic, logical and lateral thinker, who is able to evaluate complex inter-linked systems.
• You are highly analytical and data-driven with high attention to detail and a solid problem solver.
• You work in a structured way to drive improvements, ensuring you have the highest impact.
• You have solid collaborative skills and are good at building relationships and teamwork with internal stakeholders

More about You

• Education in mathematics, physics, engineering, statistics or similar.
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to break down strategic goals to actionable pieces.
• Potentially work experience in an analytical environment.

• Experience with SQL or R/Python or Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
