About the Role

As an IT Supporter at RTX, you’ll be right at the heart of our Corporate IT department at our HQ in Nørresundby, where every day brings new challenges and the chance to make a real impact. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a diverse, international team that’s dedicated to keeping RTX’s global operations running smoothly.
What makes this role exciting is that you won’t just be fixing tech problems — you’ll be learning and growing every day. You’ll collaborate with an amazing IT support partner in Hong Kong and work with colleagues from the USA, China, Romania, and other places around the world. You’ll be solving real-time tech challenges, contributing to global IT projects, and helping to keep RTX’s systems secure, fast, and efficient. Imagine being the go-to person for ensuring that RTX’s global workforce is always connected and running smoothly!
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain direct experience with the latest technologies, from cybersecurity to device management, and cloud services. You’ll work alongside talented network administrators and system admins, who are ready to mentor you and help you grow. You’ll tackle IT issues head-on, deploy devices, manage systems, and be part of global initiatives that keep RTX’s tech infrastructure at the top of its game.
Key Responsibilities
- Empowering Our Global Workforce
As the first point of contact, you'll provide IT support to colleagues across Denmark, Hong Kong, USA, Romania, and China. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and mobile devices (iOS, Android). Your support will be crucial in keeping our global workforce connected and productive. - Device Management, Deployment, and Security
You’ll play a key role in deploying devices using Autopilot and Intune, ensuring secure, efficient, and smooth device setup for employees across the globe. You’ll help manage and monitor mobile devices, ensuring they meet RTX’s strict security standards. - Azure Active Directory & Cloud Services
You’ll support Azure Active Directory and control user access to RTX’s global systems, making sure our cloud services run seamlessly. - Ensure Global Connectivity
Be the go-to person for network issues, solving problems to maintain fast and reliable connectivity across RTX’s global network.

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for IT & Learning: Whether you’re just starting your career or already have some experience, we’re looking for someone who’s excited about tech, eager to learn, and ready to grow in the IT world.
- Tech Skills: You may already be familiar with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive), Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), mobile devices (iOS, Android), and tools like Autopilot and Intune. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert — we’ll help you develop the skills you need to thrive!
- Problem-Solving Mindset: You love tackling challenges head-on and finding creative solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for clear global communication. If you speak other languages, that’s a bonus!
