About your future role
As a After Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in re-engaging inactive customers, ensuring their smooth experience, and supporting the team’s ongoing performance improvement. This is a newly created role with opportunities to directly impact customer satisfaction and transaction rates.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Customer Re-activation:
- Proactively contact customers who have not transacted recently to encourage usage.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for targeting inactive customer segments.
Data Management & Analysis:
- Extract and analyze data to identify which customers need reactivation efforts.
- Utilize data insights to prioritize customer outreach.
System Review & Issue Resolution:
- Monitor systems for recurring errors or issues impacting customer experience.
- Initiate corrective actions and work with the relevant teams to resolve system errors.
Feedback and Collaboration:
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to other agents and the customer support team.
- Share insights to improve overall service quality and prevent future issues.

- Experience in Customer Support or Sales: Previous experience in an after-sales, customer service, or support role is beneficial

- Knowledge of CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM software and systems related to customer management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently to meet goals and deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to new tasks, tools, and changes in processes as the role evolves.
- Experience in Process Improvement: Prior involvement in identifying and implementing process improvements is a plus.
