Our Hearing Care organization (B2C) has expanded its reach significantly through natural growth and strategic acquisitions, now prominent as a global hearing aid retailer across more than 20 markets. We are experiencing the benefits of implementing more commercial initiatives across the business and are eager to strengthen the commercial foundation to maintain the position as modern hearing care experts.

Foster the learning and communication locally and globally
In this role, you will be instrumental in our pursuit of cross-market collaboration to maximize our commercial impact and fulfil our vision to “help more people hear better.” You will be the functionally responsible for ‘Fuse’, - the global Demant Group’s Learning Management system, working closely with local leads in commercial and HR functions, as well as SMEs in global functions. You will develop significant intercultural understanding and capabilities, impacting how over 11,000 colleagues learn, develop, and communicate.
The Commercial Learning & Training team consists of 8 people, with three working remotely out of US and Ireland. We support 20+ markets across the world. You will report to the Director, Commercial learning and training and you should expect to work predominantly from the head office in Smørum.

Hands-on and encourage change!
Joining us your primary focus will be to:

  • Learning Platform: Drive Fuse platform adoption and strategic positioning at the market level.
  • Strategic Advantage: Lead projects that position learning as a competitive asset, analyzing platform data to assess alignment with KPIs and impact.
  • Data-Informed Improvements: Conduct regular impact analysis, identifying areas for improvement to meet KPIs and deliver results.
  • Pragmatic Prioritization: Keep a level head and informed decision-making at the forefront as you concentrate on the most influential initiatives, using resources judiciously to avoid stretching them too far.
  • Learning Enablement Best Practices: Serve as the learning enablement expert, guiding teams on effective methodologies and modern practices.
  • Train-the-Trainer Development: Work closely with the Global Commercial Learning Specialist to create and refine resources tailored to regional needs.
  • Cross-Market Community Building: Build a knowledge-sharing community that promotes best practices and enhances learning quality across markets.

Are you our new colleague?
The ideal candidate is experienced in digital learning and familiar with platform functionalities (Fuse experience is beneficial). You should have experience from a global work environment, translate insights into actions
Experience required:

  • Implementing and adopting digital learning solutions within a commercial context.
  • Working with data to evaluate learning’s commercial impact.
  • Project management - prioritizing projects that support business strategy.

As a person, you thrive in a role where you can shape and establish ways of working to ensure effective delivery and follow-up. You are a structured person who enjoys working with several different stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
Equally importantly, you have a commercial mindset and ability to align learning with overall business strategy. You utilize data to evaluate the impact of learning outcomes on business targets and are skilled at modifying educational approaches to meet the changing needs of the business. At the same time, it is important that you are proactive to whom it comes naturally to establish and maintain personal relations across a large organization combined with good communication skills.
