The Coordinator, Regulatory Affairs for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the Global Commercial Regulatory Affairs team admin side of it, following up with stakeholders with Radiometer and Danish authorities. This position is part of the Regulatory Affairs Department located in Denmark and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Global Commercial Regulatory and Quality team and report to the Director, Global Commercial RAQA responsible results of the RA organization, including compliance, audit preparation and completeness, and growth initiatives such as registrations and submissions around the globe. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work in a fast paced Regulatory Affairs department, where proactiveness, attention to details and meeting deadlines are key to the role
- You will oversee the Mailbox for Regulatory Affairs, be responsible for Legalization and Notarization of documents, Opening and Closing and release of sale, Archiving of database and documents.
- You will be the central admin part of the regulatory affairs department at Radiometer and helping coordinate the above mentioned activities
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Graduate degree
- 3-5 years of experience in similar position as Coordinator, Regulatory Affairs
- Experience with Legalization and Notarization with Health Authorities
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- English language skills are required, and Danish language is an advantage.
- Use of digital tools like excel sheets, share point site, Miro board etc.
