Group Financial Performance > VTO Finance > Global Procurement Finance
Procurement finance are dedicated finance business partners towards Procurement in the VTO organization. We are an internationally diverse team, that together is focused on proactive Finance Business Partnering and engaging Performance Management. You will report to the Head of Procurement Finance.
Responsibilities
- Main Finance Business Partnering towards the Direct Procurement organization and the SVP cover the area
- Manage and inspirer a team of 8 high performing Finance Business Partners in Direct Procurement Finance
- Enable Direct Procurement to make solid and good financial decisions with a continues focus on stability and cost out
- Cross-finance ownership and support on strategy and business cases including insights into Vestas group cost development
- Trade-off scenarios EBIT, Revenue, Cash/Inventory for decision-making in Executive S&OP and Executive S&OE meetings
- Quantification of cross-functional Direct Procurement risks and potential mitigations, and full financial impact across the whole Procurement area
- Ad hoc finance business partnering on hot topics
Qualifications
- A relevant academic background as a master's degree in Finance, Procurement Economics or similar
- A minimum 5 years of experience from a cross functional role within a Finance or Procurement organization
- Preferable a minimum 2 years’ experience with leadership of a high performance team
- Great IT skills including solid knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and BI
- You have proficiency in English (written and verbal)

- You are proactive, self-organized, open-minded, curious, and eager to learn
- You are structured with a good overview and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously without losing your eye for details
- You are mastering financial numbers and are able to communicate them to stakeholders at all corporate levels in a simple matter
- You are able to be a true leader which can enhance and support a team of high performing Finance Business Partners
- You have good collaboration skills and can coordinate with multiple stakeholders and input providers globally
