Excited about Supply Chain operations and planning?
LEL Operations play a key role in ensuring a smooth and reliable operational foundation. Among many other tasks we ensure the flow of elements to our distribution sites, our suppliers and licencing partners, manage customer orders, offer operational support to various experience products and maintain, SAP masterdata.

Are you serviceminded, eager to make a difference and energized by delivering on changing tasks within Logistics, Order and Warehouse management, then you might be the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and support with order consolidation
  • Processing of loosepart orders towards suppliers
  • Planning activities in coordintation with relevant stakeholders and monitorization of consignments with a global overview
  • Extract Weekly reports from SAP and coordinate the results with customers
  • Support production set-up, crossfunctional processes incl. relevant stakeholder management
  • Create and process orders in ERP system (SAP)
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from KAM and customers
  • Backup person for various tasks in the team

Requirements

  • Preferably 2+ years of relevant business experience. Could be within Planning, Shipping, Order Management, Logistics, Customer Service etc.
  • Technical skill on an experienced level within SAP moduls, Excel (like vlookup, pivot tables and the like), and in general the Microsoft 365 product range.
  • Priorization skills to rank the many diverse tasks and decide/know how and what to prioritize first, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Teamplayer skills with a collaborative mindset. You thrive and contribute best in a team setting, however you can also work independently under guided impowerment.
  • Robust and able to withstand and overcome work related obstacles with a positive “can do” approact and mindset.
  • High attention to details and customer-oriented approach.
  • The role is largely office based but might require travel to meet various stakeholders (est. 3-10 travelling days)
