Elevate construction standards by turning challenges into successful building outcomes
To lead the execution of complex building and industrial construction projects with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability, we are looking for several Construction Managers to join our team. We are 55 working alongside our customers on some of Denmark’s most significant projects within the Buildings and Industry sector. While ensuring project success, our construction managers actively collaborate in a cross-office professional community to drive both personal and professional growth within construction management. This community is a dedicated focus area that has seen substantial growth in recent years, underscoring our commitment to developing this field.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, facilitating effective communication throughout the project
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Supervise and support construction teams, fostering collaboration and resolving on-site issues
- Collaborate with project managers to track budgets and schedules, ensuring timely project completion within the allocated budget.

On top of that, you will have:
- A relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience as a construction manager in building and industry projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English and in one of the Scandinavian languages, including the ability to listen actively to stakeholders and understand their needs
- A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients, while maintaining composure in stressful situations
- The ability to think holistically and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.
