The Opportunity

Key areas of focus will be to ensure a better understanding of MS profitability

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Variable costs monitoring (actuals/Forecast/Budget)
    • Ensure consistency analysis of main business KPIs (ER OG/ MSV / # of transactions…)
    • Reporting to top management on ER/CM evolution
    • Entry point to lead the implementation and improvement on new analytical tool
    • Coordination of external support (project mode)
    • Support the new reporting framework implementation
    • Back up of Heaf of Controlling with capability to quickly ramp up MS financial planning process (Annual Budget and financial forecasts including action plans and outlook

Who Are We Looking For

  • You have profound experience in a controlling (>10 years) including experience at a consolidated level in a matrix organization with strong potential to take a management position in the next 18 months
  • You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the and ability to make conclusive summary
  • Advanced Office 365 + / Excel user as well as with data analytics tools
  • You are result oriented and focus on quality of delivery
  • You are dynamic, agile and positive, with a proactive mind
  • Ability to communicate and interact in matrix / multi country environment
  • Previous management experience desired
  • Strong communication skills
  • Your English is at very good level
