We are looking for an exceptional leader to take on the pivotal role of Global Head of MPL Operations. This position is at the heart of our global logistics strategy, ensuring that our MPL product operations deliver best-in-class service and drive profitability. You will be the key force behind setting operational standards, optimizing processes, and aligning our global delivery with ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee and refine all aspects of MPL product operations, implementing robust governance frameworks and ensuring seamless service delivery across all regions.
- Global Standards & Excellence: Set and maintain high operational standards, utilizing top-tier tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in service delivery.
- Talent & Competence Development: Lead global initiatives to attract, onboard, and develop top talent in MPL operations. Build a future-ready team with strong competencies and a robust pipeline of skilled professionals.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary voice for MPL operations, collaborating closely with the Maersk CX organization and key stakeholders to ensure our services align with market needs and exceed client expectations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Uphold strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and QHSE standards. Implement comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure business continuity and operational resilience.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing our capabilities and driving operational efficiencies.
- Product & Process Development: Provide strategic input into product roadmaps and maturity plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance our MPL product offerings.
- Customer Escalation & Exception Management: Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues, providing leadership and guidance to regional operations teams for swift resolution and improved service experience.
