DevOps Engineer

Sapiens is on the lookout for a DevOps Engineer to become a key player in our Denmark team. If you're a seasoned DevOps and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Lyngbyvej 2, Copenhagen, Denmark

Working Model: Hybrid

This position will be part of Sapiens’ P&C division.

What you’ll do:

• Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins and other CI/CD tools.
• Maintain and optimize Docker containers for efficient deployment and operation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Linux-based systems of shared R&D product instances.
• Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve the efficiency and reliability of the DevOps processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

What to Have for this position:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Git for version control.
• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Proficiency in Docker for containerization and orchestration.
• Understanding of Linux-based systems and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English.

Good to have:

• Danish language knowledge would be a nice plus
