What will your day look like?
As a Senior Change Management Consultant in our Business Architecture team, you'll work on multiple client projects simultaneously. While every project is unique, your responsibilities will typically include:
- Engage Stakeholders: Analyze stakeholders, define communication plans, and build strong relationships to drive buy-in and shared understanding.
- Lead Change: Design and execute change management approaches for complex transformations, ensuring seamless transitions and sustainable results.
- Develop Resources: Create compelling "Ways of Working" playbooks and other materials to communicate change impacts and guide stakeholders.
- Deliver Training: Design and deliver engaging training to equip stakeholders with the skills to navigate change.
- Drive Adoption: Oversee change implementation, manage expectations, apply methodologies, and monitor progress to ensure adoption.
- Enhance Methodology: Contribute to the development and refinement of our internal change management methodology.
- Mentor & Guide: Mentor and guide (junior) change consultants, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with Business Architecture colleagues and other specialist across the organization to ensure alignment and integrated solutions.

At the VML MAP headquarters in Copenhagen, you will join our highly skilled Business Architecture Team. You will become part of a dynamic and international environment where you will get plenty of opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills.
Your work will depend on collaboration with the broader team, which means you will get to collaborate closely with experts from our technology, data, experience, and client teams from our offices in the US, UK, CPH, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Canada, and Thailand. What do you bring to the table?
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Change Management Consultant to lead complex organizational change initiatives. You possess a keen eye for detail, excel at fostering collaboration and driving adoption, and deeply understand how interconnected organizational elements impact change. As a proactive and engaging practitioner, you'll build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels to deliver impactful and lasting change. You are comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams. In addition, you have:
- A Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Change Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related social science discipline.
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience as a (Change) Management Consultant or Business Architect/Business Process Consultant, preferably within a consulting or agency environment. Experience with large-scale transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in applying change management methodologies and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- A willingness to travel and a flexible mindset to accommodate client needs across different time zones.
