The job
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for measuring, analyzing, optimizing, and coordinating our digital marketing across more than 15 countries. We are looking for someone with a data- and analytics-driven mindset who can actively contribute to the direction and strategy of how we improve our performance on the biggest search engines.

You will work closely with your colleagues in both our marketing and tech teams. As a Marketing Specialist, it is also your responsibility to coordinate all content creation across all the countries we operate in.

In short, you will be the hands that write down the first good idea and the hands that tie the final knot.

Your responsibilities:
• Overseeing graphic productions and execution for our platforms • Content creation for selected markets • Building and editing product pages • Responsible for ensuring marketing budgets are adhered to • Competitor and market analysis • Design, monitoring, and analysis of campaign performance to identify trends, get insights, and optimize performance • Turning ideas into real marketing initiatives • Coordinating a small marketing team and external freelance writers

We expect that you:
• Have a background in marketing and some years of experience with similar tasks (not necessarily only as a full-time employee) • Are not afraid to speak English; it is our primary language • Can maximize the visibility and performance of our SEO marketing efforts • Know your way around: o On-page and off-page SEO optimization o Google’s E-E-A-T o SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SemRush, and GSC • Can use analysis and data to measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts • Have the ability to work independently and take initiative – even in your first week; we’re eager to hear your ideas • Thrive working in a complex field • Are structured in terms of deadlines and team coordination (internally and externally)

Intelligent Banker develops data-driven comparison sites in collaboration with banks and financial institutions in more than 15 countries.

Currently, we are divided into an IT department and a Communication and Marketing department, but we have an informal culture in an open office environment where we focus on dialogue, independence, and responsibility.

We expect the position will be from mid-October and approximately 10 months.
