About the role
DFDS is embarking on a transformation journey with our new strategy, “Moving Together Towards 2030,” where there is a strong focus on enhancing our data landscape to achieve our strategic goals. To support the overall vision, we have created an ambitious data strategy, and we need you to help us make it come alive through the evolving role as Data Consultant.

In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure our strategy is supported by relevant data. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Visualization Specialists and Software Product Teams to deliver valuable insights across the organization, primarily through our visualisation tool Power BI, that has been implemented during 2024.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders at all levels to identify data needs and opportunities
• Gather requirements and maintain the data roadmap and backlog for your area
• Support the Ferry division and relevant product teams in defining KPIs to ensure we reach our strategic goals, including defining OKRs

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive Data tribe consisting of almost 40 data experts across several locations in Europe. • have an analytical mindset with a passion for data
• are outgoing, not afraid to speak up and great at building relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
• have a good mix of technical capabilities and project management skills
• can maintain a holistic overview of a large business area and help steer prioritization for development to ensure we get the most value out of our data
• have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
