Within Vestas Technology & Operations, Research and Development is responsible for defining and delivering the most innovative product offerings and our Onshore Products team, which you will be a key part of, develops Vestas' most competitive generations of onshore turbines. Responsibilities

• Ensure that our portfolio engine room is working by facilitating run in and run out of governance meetings
• Support onshore management with portfolio plan and budget to secure the right balance between risk, timeline, project budget and resources by Collecting and creation of a portfolio business case value overview and support in creating Portfolio simulations
• Develop and maintain Onshore product release plan and monitor and control ongoing onshore product program activities
• Report to management on onshore product portfolio performance on budget, risk, quality, and delivery including progress on key milestones and project change requests
• Ambassador and quality assurance role model for portfolio management best practice, culture and behavior

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience with a background within Portfolio Management, Project management, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Consultancy, Accounting or other related fields
• Wind energy industry experience is desirable but not a must

Competencies

• Result-focus throughout the project team and a focus on opportunities rather than obstacles
• You keep sight on our overall targets and commitments and maintain focus also when facing challenges and constantly focus on our end-goals
• Having a holistic view and general knowledge, and be able to use it to build a bridge between the stakeholders
