The Position
As an IT Responsible you are appointed to manage:
- The operation and maintenance of the IT components within Computerized Equipment on our assembly and packaging production lines in IFP Hillerød
- Implementation of small IT projects related to the specific IT system on the lines
- Plan, drive and ensure systematic periodic reviews within the scheduled timelines
- Drive and report regarding LCM, risk assessments, IT security planning and patching
- Stakeholder management managing the expectations of the system users regarding their use and corresponding requirements to the system
- Represent and act as focal point for the system during audits and inspections
You will act independently to ensure all aspects of meeting Novo Nordisk defined compliance requirements and quality levels are fulfilled. You will act as a single point of contact, liaison partner, and escalation support for your collaboration partners and stakeholders such as local suppliers, end users and System Owners.
Candidate profile
We expect you hold a degree within Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar and have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems.
In addition, you have experience in:
- Production
- IT Projects
- Administration of IT Systems
- GMP understanding
- GAMP and knowledge of ITIL
As a person you are ready to take ownership and is capable of planning, prioritizing, and driving a task from A to Z. You are structured in approach, have a good analytical sense and a quality mind-set. We want you to be a team player, happy to share information, workload, and experience.
Furthermore, you are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all levels in an organization. You have good written and spoken proficiency in English, and Danish is considered an advantage.
Department overview
You will join the IT & Automation area in IFP Hillerød. We are more than 60 employees in the unit, and you will be part of the Local IT Compliance and IT Responsible team of 11 highly skilled IT Responsibles, System Managers and Compliance Managers. In daily operation we collaborate with end-users, colleagues, and stakeholders across the site as well as with other IFP sites and external vendors. We work in a unit with the aim to secure high quality and compliance of the Sites critical IT systems and infrastructure settings.
Our focus is on IT governance, security, System Life Cycle, minor projects, and our license to operate. The department is characterised by strong collaboration, good team spirit, and act as an anchor for IT-functions and projects across IFP Hillerød.
IFP Hillerød plays a key role in delivering products to our patients worldwide and is a strategic site in the global network, producing products both for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production majority for all continents in the world.
The site consists of a brand-new ramping up Aseptic Production facility (AP) and a Finished Production facility (FP) with highly automated assembly and packaging lines. The Finished Production is technologically advanced with highly Automated Material Handling and an Automated Storage delivering components and packaging material to the lines and Finished Products from the lines.
IFP Hillerød is producing 24/7 and has a continuous focus on optimizing the performance to be able to meet increasing demands using LEAN and being on the forefront of modern technology.
