We are looking for a Corporate Vice President to take the lead and responsibility for our Aseptic Manufacturing facility for rare diseases at site Kalundborg. In this facility we produce and deliver critical, lifesaving and life-changing products to the world market to people living with rare diseases such as rare blood disorders, hemophilia or for children with growth hormone deficiency.
The position
As Corporate Vice President of Aseptic Manufacturing Kalundborg you will be leading an organisation of approx. 700 people, and you will be reporting to The Corporate Vice President for Aseptic Manufacturing Operations in Denmark and be part of the leadership team for 4 Danish production sites.

We believe you have some of the following qualifications:
- MSc or BSc in Engineering, Pharmacy; Business or similar relevant academic background
- More than 10 years of relevant experience, technically as well as when it comes to leadership. Your leadership experience must cover leadership in a large organization and different kinds of employee groups.
- In-depth knowledge of aseptic production processes and equipment is highly beneficial
- A natural inclination to continuous improvements of production processes, preferably combined with LEAN competencies
- Proven track record of success in building high performance organisations
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry related to cGMP and medical production
- Proven record of ability to handle complex and strategic matters
- Results-oriented, with in-depth business understanding, high level of analytical skills, and ability to handle high pressure environment
- The job requires a very high degree of independence and significant stakeholder management skills
- Ability to win support from others within and outside Novo Nordisk to advance the company’s objectives, using reasoning, persuasive arguments, networking, etc.
- An excellent communicator and presenter with good command of written/spoken English
About Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing
Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, Quality & IT organization (PSQIT), that supplies products for all therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk. PS AM is the largest unit in Product Supply, and we are responsible for all aseptic manufacturing in Novo Nordisk. We are more than 10.000 people working in five different countries (Brazil, China, Denmark, France and USA) operating eight factories/sites.
PS AM site in Kalundborg is a modern facility and is responsible for aseptic production of vials and penfills for the therapy area of rare diseases. The complexity in a classic aseptic production unit is high and includes among other; wash & sterilization, filling, freeze drying, documentation, and inspection. Furthermore, this unit is also introducing new products for clinical trials.
PS AM facility in Kalundborg is located at the Kalundborg site. Kalundborg site covers an area of 1,600,000 m2 where more than 4500 people are employed.
