Are you passionate about connecting people with exciting career opportunities? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Working Student in Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic and multinational TA Space department.
As a working student in this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting interviews. You’ll have the chance to contribute to hiring engineers across different locations of Terma Space. Responsibilities
Your tasks will typically include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the entire Talent Acquisition team to understand their priorities and support accordingly.
- Talent Acquisition mailbox maintenance support
- Understand and assist the end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job advertisements on existing platforms and suggest new ones where needed
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Support the preparation and distribution of offer letters.
- Contribute to improving and streamlining the recruitment process and candidate experience.
This is a part time position, 20hrs/week located at our office in Darmstadt, Germany, starting ASAP.
Qualifications & Competencies
- You are currently studying in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology)
- You have a strong interest in matching people with right opportunities
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German could be a plus
- Ideally already based in Darmstadt area
- Some knowledge of candidate management could also be a plus
