Join us as our new Quality Data Scientist
Are you a Data Scientist with passion for turning data into actionable insights? We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to lead our efforts in leveraging data across quality systems.

In this position, you will work with consolidating and analyzing data across quality systems; visualizing trends, developing comprehensive dashboards to drive informed decision-making, connecting quality metrics with operational efficiency, and using AI tools to derive valuable insights from all sorts of data.

The Quality Data Scientist position is a new position to strengthen our capabilities to drive data based focus and decision making. It is a unique opportunity for you to drive this position into an exciting role with great value to our stakeholders.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Spearheading the establishment of this transformative role focused on leveraging data to drive decision-making within quality topics, setting the stage for impactful insights and improvements.
• Developing robust methodologies to extract and interpret both metric and text data from various systems, enabling comprehensive analysis and understanding of complex datasets.
• Transforming consolidated data into dynamic and user-friendly dashboards, empowering stakeholders with actionable insights and facilitating informed decision-making at all levels.
• Harnessing the power of AI tools to enhance the organization's capacity to derive value from data-driven initiatives.

Potentially relevant experience

• Hold a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with using the visualization/statistics/machine learnings/artificial Intelligence toolbox to derive insights.
• Experience with or willingness to learn programming languages and tools such as Python, KNIME and Power BI.
• A self-starter with drive and initiative to work with little supervision.
• Analytical Thinking: The ability to approach problems in a structured and logical manner, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective Communication: The capability to convey complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: A readiness to navigate through dynamic and evolving data environments, accommodating changes and embracing new approaches as needed.
