Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance and coordination to the sales team.
- Support the Front Office team with various operational tasks.
- Adhere to departmental procedures for daily activities and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage the creation of new Acquiring accounts by ensuring all required customer documentation is complete, and communicate with the sales team to resolve any missing information.
- Accurately input customer requests and data into internal systems.
- Compile, verify, and prioritize incoming data for registration, ensuring accuracy.
- Review and identify deficiencies or errors in data, conducting further research to obtain missing or incomplete documents.
- Oversee the archiving procedure to ensure proper document management and compliance with company standards.
Who Are We Looking For:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in email correspondence.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems and MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage conflicting service demands, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a back-office or acquiring department.
