You will play an important role in:
As our new colleague, you will be an important contribution to the execution of engine Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for international Customers, who are amongst the world’s largest marine transportation companies.
More specific your tasks will include:
- Secure timely delivery of planned spare parts according to long term agreements with customers.
- Prepare quotations, orders and logistics for unplanned spare part based on customers’ ad-hoc requests.
- Contribute to a positive project culture.
- Regularly follow up on readiness dates in the SAP system for long term planning.
- Establish and maintain good relationship and cooperation with LTSA customers, MAN-ES Supply Chain, MAN workshops and Suppliers.

It would also be an advantage but not a must if you:
- Are an advanced user of Microsoft Office Package
- Have experience with SAP
- Have experience with marine engine spare parts and maintenance.

The LTSA Department is a part of MAN Energy Solution’s after sales organization PrimeServ, where we sell spare parts, retrofit solutions, services, training and technical know-how to our customers. We want our customers to experience us as a great partner. A partner that is flexible in our response to customer requirements.
As our new Sales Coordinator you will report to the Head of LTSA Spare Parts & Logistics. Internally, you will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Advisors and Engineers, MAN’s Supply Chain and your Sales Coordinator colleagues in LTSA.
The core of a LTSA is a maintenance plan with pre-defined and/or condition based intervals of engine inspections, preventive maintenance and associated delivery of spare parts.
We are located in Copenhagen, Frederikshavn and Holeby and as our new Sales Coordinator you will have tasks that can be managed from each location. One of our colleague describe our team as:
