Are you a dynamic professional with a proven track record in partner sales and an interest in understanding customers' needs? Then we have an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to focus on our Nordic market as a Channel & Alliance Manager at our Stockholm HQ Office. You will report to our Head of Enterprise Sales Nordics.
As our Channel & Alliance Manager for the Nordics, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand our market presence. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing partner relationships, and collaborating closely with Benify’s sales and product teams to enhance our go-to-market strategies. You will be instrumental in increasing Benify’s reach in the Nordics by developing strong relationships and effective sales channels, working directly with Nordic leadership to achieve our strategic objectives.

In this role you will:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand Benify’s reach, ensuring smooth integration and success.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract setup, developing go-to-market strategies aligned with Benify’s goals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to capitalize on partnership-driven opportunities and enhance sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, providing ongoing support, contract management, and strategic guidance.
- Stay informed on industry trends to advise partners, resolve issues, and drive competitive advantage across the Nordics.
- Leverage regional insights and travel frequently to strengthen partnerships, driving growth in the Nordic market.
Who are You?
You are a proactive and strategic individual with a passion for partnership development and sales. You have a proven ability to navigate complex negotiations, understand market dynamics, and build relationships that drive long-term success. You arecurious and embrace creative thinking, employ multi-channel communication, and use data-driven strategies to think innovatively. Your strong problem-solving mindset, coupled with a results-oriented approach, is key.
Requirements to succeed in the role
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar channel/partner sales role, ideally within the SaaS industry
- Strong skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in both Swedish/Danish and English
- Familiarity with IT and Cloud solutions and experience in go-to-market strategies with partners is highly beneficial
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is highly meritorious but not a requirement if you have relevant experience.
