- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of being capable to challenge and influencing stakeholders across all seniority levels.
- A logical approach to complex problems, and ability to communicate effectively and confidently challenge stakeholders and team members across all levels.
- Ability to use your consulting toolbox to guide teams in strategy work and consulting-type projects, being comfortable with taking ownership, leading teams in the absence of a Project Manager but also work independently in preparing relevant material for senior stakeholders.
