About the role
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Analyst, to join our Treasury Operations team in London, reporting to the Team Lead of Reconciliation, Investigations & Treasury Operations division.
You will become a valuable member of a dedicated team in a highly collaborative environment, ensuring we deliver against strict SLA’s and strive continuously towards operational excellence within the department.

What you will be doing

  • Ensuring the timely settlement of Payments, FX, and bonds against strict SLA’s
  • Monitor intraday liquidity
  • Working closely with Treasury Front & Middle Office
  • Exception Management
  • Manage and maintain static data within key systems
  • Looking for automation opportunities & work towards 100% STP rate
  • Project work and ad-hoc tasks as required.

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least a 2 years’ experience from a similar role with a proven track record. You must have knowledge / experience within Payments and/or Foreign Exchange. Good knowledge of SWIFT (MT103s, 202s, 300s, 320s, 540-543s) and bonds settlements is beneficial. Understanding of Excel, SQL and various programming languages will be seen as an advantage.

Your curiosity and solid analytical skills enable you to easily comprehend and articulate complex issues. You are adaptable to change and can also drive continuous improvement agenda within the Operations department.

As a person you are outgoing, energetic, confident, trustworthy, execution oriented, and a team player.

As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.

The role is based in Banking Circle’s London office.
