Senior Treasury Manager to TDC NET Treasury & Investor Relations

TDC NET is searching for a motivated Senior Treasury Manager to Treasury & Investor Relations to lead investor relations and funding related activities.

TDC NET Treasury
TDC NET Treasury plays a central role in managing the company’s capital structure, encompassing funding and capital markets activities, investor relations to debt investors, financial risk management, cash management, and insurance. You will join a team of enthusiastic and engaged employees, in an informal environment that also maintains a high level of professionalism.

With a debt portfolio exceeding 25 billion DKK, including bonds and term loans - some of the departments’ key responsibilities are to manage funding activities, liquidity-, FX-, cash flows-, and interest rate risks. Further, TDC NET Treasury is responsible for relationships with +15 banks as well as ongoing dialogue with debt investors and credit rating agencies (Fitch, S&P, Moodys).
About the job
In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues to manage TDC NET’s funding strategy and debt portfolio, taking a lead in preparing and execution of larger complex funding transactions. You will have a central role in interactions with TDC’s core banking partners an in investor relations related activities (e.g. preparing financial presentations for annual reports, creating materials for investor meetings and supporting roadshows in connection to capital markets activities). You will, as a part of the Treasury department, be actively involved in treasury management, including risk mitigation through derivatives and cash management transactions. Further, your role will also encompass strategic and financial analysis as well as participation in projects within corporate finance, collaborating with key stakeholders across TDC NET e.g. Strategy, Finance, Legal and Accounting teams.

About you
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance or business administration, and bring at least 5 years of experience from a corporate treasury or a financial institution. You possess a comprehensive knowledge on financial markets and products and have a strong and analytical mindset. You are a proactive individual and self-driven professional, capable of managing assignments independently, while also a trusted sparring partner to your colleagues.
