Our team is seeking a proactive and experienced Compliance Manager with 2 - 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your skills, take ownership of compliance initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting the development and implementation of Compliance Policies, Frameworks, and Procedures to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
• Enhancing compliance awareness and culture within Nuuday by conducting training sessions and communication initiatives.
• Overseeing compliance activities, including monitoring, testing, and reporting on key compliance metrics.
• Implementing internal controls and executing control testing efforts for key regulatory risks
• Contributing to the design and execution of annual compliance plans and risk assessments.
• Utilizing data-driven GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) systems for effective compliance reporting.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance processes, compliance culture and documentation.
  

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Business Analysis, or a related field, ideally from a distingushed consulting firm or a regulated industry.
• A master’s degree in Law, Risk Management, Business or a relevant discipline.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify compliance risks and implement effective controls.
• Effective communication skills, including proficiency in using PowerPoint for creating impactful visual presentations and engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
• An initiative-taking mindset that includes the ability to operate solo and flexibly adapt to changing environments
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Beneficial if you:

• Have experience with compliance frameworks and tools
• Are fluent in Danish in addition to professional English proficiency.
• Have relevant work experience from companies that offer digital services or highly regulated industries
