We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Risk Consultant with a keen interest in operational and business risk to support our journey in strengthening the Nuuday’s Risk Management processes. What you will be doing:

• Assisting in the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management Policies, Frameworks, and Procedures.
• Supporting initiatives to build and enhance Risk Awareness and Culture at Nuuday.
• Contributing to risk oversight activities, including assisting in gathering, assessing and managing risks across Nuuday.
• Participating in the preparation of annual Risk Management activities and planning processes.
• Assisting with risk reporting and monitoring using data-driven GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) systems.
• Collaborating with business units to facilitate Risk Management Workshops and help establish best practices.
• Ensuring continuous improvement efforts in Risk Management processes and documentation.

What we are looking for:

• 0 - 2 years of experience from a distinguished consultancy or hands-on experience working with Risk
• Management, Compliance, Business Analysis, or a related field. Newly graduated persons are welcome to apply.
• A master's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Effective communication skills, including proficiency in using PowerPoint for creating impactful visual presentations and engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable individual
• A collaborative person with a focus on continuous learning and professional growth.

Beneficial if you:

• Have basic knowledge or experience with Risk Management frameworks and tools.
• Can communicate in Danish in addition to fluency in English.
• Have an interest in working at a digital service provider company.
