BRAND ACTIVATION PROJECT MANAGER

Carl Hansen & Søn is looking for a highly skilled Brand Activation Project Manager to become part our exciting journey promoting distinctive craftmanship and iconic designs to a global audience. You will be part of the Marketing & PR team based in the heart of Copenhagen, reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing.
THE ROLE
As Brand Activation Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining, adapting and executing product launches, marketing assets and tactical campaigns, supporting the global and local marketing calendars. You will be a key stakeholder for our global sales teams, aligning market needs to secure a successful activation targeting both B2C and B2B segments.
You will project manage various marketing activities and ensure hands-on operational execution of our action plans to deliver state of the art marketing communication and sales materials. Consequently, you will have the operational overview of media plans, development of advertising, marketing budgets as well as the commercial content for newsletters and SoMe channels.
Overall stakeholder management is a key part of the position, as you will collaborate globally with local offices, brand and media agencies and various external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination, development and delivery of marketing materials for international as well as local sales efforts.
- Develop and adapt copy and content to support on and offline product launches and tactical campaigns for own and wholesale channels.
- Coordination and execution of the global media plan – adapting and delivering ads to own and local media as well as co-op advertising.
- Collaborate with FSC to ensure correct use of certificate.
- Responsible for keeping track of projects, deliver on time within set budget.
- Provide the needed service and support for wholesalers and ensure smooth coordination of efforts between marketing and sales.
- Project Manage the development of pricelists, samples, product information, catalogues and VM/POS in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Develop, adapt and activate branded space concepts at global wholesalers.

EDUCATION AND EXPRERIENCE REQIUREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or educational background from architect school, business school or similar.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience with international outreach.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) familiar with Adobe.
- Professional language proficiency in English and Danish.
- Experience within the field of Design & Lifestyle is an advantage.
