Your role
We are seeking a Manager to lead a team consisting of specialists within the electromagnetic environment (EME), RF engineering, EMC and TEMPEST.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of technical guidance for our customers while managing and developing a team of specialists within different areas.
Tasks:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialist, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, assisting complex issues and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Collaborate and communicate closely internally with stakeholders to plan and prioritize customer projects and deliveries
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the team, and coordinate training programs to enhance technical proficiency
Your profile
This opportunity requires a person who likes to lead in a highly technical field. The candidates we are looking for are team players and people who are serious about their contributions in the team.
You have appropriate technical qualifications, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and some years of experience in management and/or project management.
You possess business acumen skills and know the importance and value of timely planning and communication.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
