Here is what your role entails
As our Sales Excellence Student Worker, you will play a key role in reinforcing our sales organization through a customer-centric and data-driven approach. In close collaboration with the cross-functional teams, you will be part of driving the design and delivery of commercial best practices. This includes defining sales processes, structures, trainings, tools and systems to reach sustainable growth.
More specifically you will be:
- Maintaining Kamstrup channel partner tools and assisting in the development of training modules
- Preparing reports, presentations, sales materials and newsletters
- Supporting the organization with channel partner events and execution of Sales Excellence initiatives
- Assisting the team with other value-adding projects and ad hoc tasks
- Engaging with colleagues from diverse culture worldwide to drive and support sales efforts

We are looking for a student who is ready to apply their skills and contribute to strengthening our sales excellence. While you may not have extensive experience yet, what matters most is your eagerness to learn and your willingness to share your ideas.
In order to succeed we imagine that you:
- Are studying your bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or another relevant field
- Are structured, have a can-do-attitude, and can maintain an overview in an environment with many ongoing tasks, where innovation is key
- Have an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems independently, while leveraging guidance from colleagues
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, which enables you to build and maintain great work relations across all levels of the organization
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Additionally, we expect that you will set high standards for yourself and others, and that you take pride in delivering on time. Curiosity and a willingness to learn about sales excellence is a given – as is excitement about working in an ambitious team.
As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English written and verbally. Danish proficiency is not a requirement.
