About the Role
Essity Professional Hygiene is looking for an experienced Commercial Excellence Manager to drive efficiency and develop Best Practices in our Sales Operations in NA and EMEIA.
The ideal candidate could live in Philadelphia, PA or in any major European city ideally close to one of our country office.

What You Will Do
- Support and guide commercial teams to implement best practice commercial initiatives
- Support the Commercial Excellence Director in establishing commercial practices by channel and customer.
- Analyze sales process to shorten sales cycles, improve sales effectiveness and recommend adaptations.
- Recommend, set-up and follow-up KPI's to measure effectiveness and performance of sales.
- Together with Commercial Excellence Director define best pipeline management practices to ensure efficient sales engagement: process, tool, user experience by channel, capabilities, behaviors & routines.
- Work close to sales teams to define with them and implement sales enablement tools.
- Actively support change management in Regional Team to facilitate implementation.
- Reviewing current roles, organizational set-up, and incentive scheme to secure they support future business needs and aspirations.
- Identify and recommend capability development in sales teams to ensure they are in capacity to implement the best commercial efficiency.
- Work with sales teams to drive accountability for their commercial agenda and roll out best practices.
- Lead sales processes improvement project
Who You Are
- University degree or equivalent
- Successful experience managing sales teams in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Experience in a marketing or customer marketing position is a plus.
- Good business, commercial acumen and profit driven.
- Project Management skills & process improvement mindset
- Strong knowledge of CRM and other sales enablement tools
- Curiosity, ambition and change abilities.
- Good analytical, problem solving, flexible mind set and ability to think outside the box.
- Effective collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Fluent in English
