Social Media, Video Production, and a Trip to New York!
In this role, you’ll join our HR department, which consists of around 45 employees.
Your tasks will vary depending on our annual wheel, but during the winter/spring, your main focus will be on our flagship Employer Branding activity – Demant Audio Explorers.
This project involves running a nationwide competition to identify the top 25 engineering students in Denmark. These students will join us for a week-long trip to New York. You’ll help manage the event from start to finish and will, of course, join the trip to New York.
Additionally, you will be responsible for producing an average of one video per week for our social media platforms and participating in some of the career fairs we attend annually. You will also be responsible for our HR Newsletter and various administrative support tasks.
Overall, you’ll tackle a variety of exciting and developmental tasks aimed at giving potential job seekers compelling reasons to apply with us. There are plenty of great stories to tell – we just need you to share them effectively.

You will report to our Talent Acquisition Manager and will be employed on flexible terms that accommodate your studies.
We’re looking for approximately 15-20 hours of work per week, ideally spread across two full days. Start as soon as possible.
Outgoing Networker with Strong Organizational and Coordination Skills
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you are pursuing a relevant higher education degree, preferably in your third year or beyond. You are highly skilled with social media and understand how to craft compelling stories that engage a younger audience of engineers.
An interest in video production is essential, and practical experience with media is a plus. If you don’t have experience, we’ll train you.
Personally, you’re characterized by a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. You’re an outgoing communicator who quickly builds networks with both internal and external stakeholders. While independent and confident in managing your own tasks, you also have the humility to seek advice from more experienced colleagues when needed.
You bring fresh perspectives and ask insightful questions, contributing to the team with your team spirit, good humor, and excellent interpersonal skills. At the same time, you’re a highly organized and efficient coordinator.
Fluency in Danish and English at a business level is required.
