About The Job
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Finance team? This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in data analytics, IT systems and finance to our growing organization. As we gear up for the implementation of D365 in 2026, we’re looking for someone to bridge the gap between Finance and IT, driving innovation and readiness for this major transformation. Working closely with the Finance Manager and a talented team, you’ll help us build a forward-looking, high-performing Finance function. Your tasks will be:
- Drive or support organization in IT system implementations, including ERP, travel expense system, and time registration tools, etc.
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to optimize data-driven decision-making Driving improvement projects within Finance, working on financial processes and procedures as well as business ones, improving KPIs in Operations and E&S
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and cost roll in ERP
- Perform financial reporting and regular analysis of business performance
- Ensure compliance and internal control
This position is based at our Nakskov office, with an expected possible travel commitment of approximately 5 -10 days per year.
What You Know
We’re looking for someone with strong expertise in IT systems and internal reporting, particularly in the context of operations, and a proven ability to manage and analyse data effectively. Your expertise in Excel is complemented by familiarity with BI tools and ERP systems, enabling you to navigate complex processes with ease. With a solid background in IT, project control and project management, you bring valuable experience to the table, backed by an educational foundation such as HD, Cand. Merc, Cand. Oecon, or a similar qualification, along with approximately 10 years of experience. Strong written and spoken English skills are essential for this role, while Danish language proficiency is a plus, it’s not a requirement.
