Team Lead, Strategic Procurement

Do you have solid experience in supplier management? Are you passionate about creating structure and driving progress in a dynamic setup? We are looking for a competent and committed Team Lead who can lead our strategic procurement department while continuously developing our processes and team.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure strong, fact-based supplier relationships and oversee complex agreements and setups
• Lead and structure the team's work on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the supply chain
• Identify & ensure implementation of activities through data-driven analysis and clear communication strategies
• Drive consistent and persistent implementation of improvement initiatives in collaboration between the team and other stakeholders

About the role
As the Team Lead for Strategic Procurement, you will play a central role in leading and developing our procurement team. The position involves:

• Travel: Approximately 30 days per year
• Language skills: Danish and English is required, and German is a plus
• Task distribution: 70% technical leadership and involvement in the department’s areas of responsibility, 30% team leadership

Who you are: We are looking for a profile who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience with similar tasks and is ready to take on team leadership
• Is fact-based and structured in approach and enjoys creating clarity in complex processes
• Has strong communication skills and can engage people in activities through data and insights
• Possesses a solid technical foundation that supports persistence and quality in executing improvements
