We are currently looking for a market communication specialist who will have an integral part in delivering market communication initiatives in our priority market sectors. You will also be the focal point for ensuring quality and customer relevance in our market communication across the COWI Group. You will become part of our global Communication and Branding team of 25 skilled specialists.
As part of your day-to-day tasks, you will:
- Develop, implement and follow up on market communication plans and initiatives, including conferences, campaigns and customer events.
- Support the business by developing and delivering go-to-market plans, pitch presentations and key messages.
- Produce, maintain and distribute customer communication material, including articles, videos and social media content.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on market development, competitive landscape and our own communication performance.
- Act as a value-adding adviser to the business by sharing best practices, scoping market communication initiatives and ensuring alignment with our strategic market priorities.
- Collaborate closely with many different stakeholders from across the business, including senior management, the market organization and your colleagues from the Group Communication and Branding team.

To succeed in this position, it is essential that you are a person with high cooperative skills and solid business understanding. You are an energetic doer who takes initiative and has an attitude towards challenges and breaking new ground. You have proven project management experience, and you can translate concepts into concrete actions. Furthermore, we expect you to have political awareness and the ability to communicate convincingly to ensure buy-in from various stakeholders.
Furthermore, you should:
- Hold a degree in communication, marketing, political science or another relevant field of study.
- Have more than three years of experience with B2B marketing, either from an international knowledge company or agency. Experience with the building, transport or energy industry is an advantage.
- Demonstrate a proven history of content production – written and visual.
- Have experience with data handling and analysis (including market, customer and competitor analysis).
- Be able to decode complex content, identify key messaging and translate it into compelling communication that adds value to our customers.
- Be fluent English, both in writing and orally.
