About the role
We are looking for Quality Engineers to join our team of more than 200 highly skilled colleagues in the Mechanical quality department. As a team, we are responsible for securing installations requirements are met by our contractors in some of the biggest and most complex pharma building projects in Denmark. A part hereof is to make sure that the build process equipment is fit for intended use and meets internal and external requirements in a GMP environment.
Your role will be key in overseeing and guiding quality activities for the mechanical disciplines on a project including defining the scope and leading the quality activities in close corporation with a multi-disciplinary team.

How you might spend your days
As our new Quality Engineer in Mechanical, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be supporting or leading following tasks:
- Lead, coordinate and perform quality activities including defining the scope for the mechanical disciplines on large and complex projects
- Plan and coordinate the quality related design review process for the mechanical department, as well as contributing setting directions for our future quality activities
- Manage quality activities within the mechanical area, such as going through documentation and secure installation requirements the assistance from other project members
- Align quality and validation concept with customer’s quality system and validation concept
- Review test activities and protocols/reports, and potentially perform tests when needed

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or other relevant education
- Experience from the pharmaceutical, biotech, food or chemical industry
- Experience from a similar role is an advantage
- Are familiar with the US and European GMP rules
- Have knowledge of all project execution phases
- Are well known within the discipline of mechanical engineering such as knowledge of sanitary equipment, valves, pipes, vessels, pumps etc.
