As our new Welcoming Specialist, you will join our dynamic Welcoming team and report to Mohammed Kadim here in Copenhagen. The department has over 30 amazing individuals working in Copenhagen and Stockholm, focused on onboarding business customers within the broader FCP Operations function.

What will you do?

• Own the approval and onboarding process for new business customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
• Work closely with the team to maintain compliance and governance while ensuring timely approvals.
• Reach out to customers via text and phone to gather necessary information quickly and effectively.
• Participate in daily discussions with team members and the manager to align on goals and strategies.
• Contribute to the team's record-breaking achievements by bringing a performance-oriented mindset.
