Who we’re looking for
Factbird is seeking an experienced, customer-facing professional like you to manage and enhance relationships with a portfolio of key strategic customers in the Scandinavian region. Many of these customers are long-term partners who already contribute significantly to Factbird's success. As the Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating new relationships, further strengthening existing ones, and facilitating the next phase of growth with these valued clients.
As the primary contact for your customers, you will guide them through every stage of integration, scaling, product expansion, and partnership management. You'll work directly with key stakeholders—from operators to process engineers and senior management—helping them develop applications that empower their businesses with insightful production data.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outreach. Develop a pipeline in targeted industries and collaborate with marketing for lead generation. Use CRM tools to track activities and manage sequences.
- Solution demonstrations and sales presentations: Conduct needs analysis to position relevant solutions and lead tailored product demonstrations.. Manage negotiations and close deals using the MEDDICC framework.
- Closing Deals and Contract Management
- Customer relationship management and retention: serve as the primary contact for accounts, ensuring satisfaction and value.
- Portfolio Growth and Account Expansion: Understand the client's business to identify additional service opportunities. Foster trust to drive renewals and implement growth strategies.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Align with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience
What makes you a great fit?
- Proven track record in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, demoing, closing, and account management, specifically in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience on the shop or production floor, bringing valuable insights into the manufacturing process.
- Fluent in Swedish (required) and English.
- Self-motivated and driven to help customers achieve their goals.
- Ability to apply consultative and team-selling strategies in a competitive market.
- Highly organized, with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Experience tracking sales activity in CRM software (HubSpot preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN/MEDDIC preferred but not required).
