Allianz Trade is a client-focused business, and we therefore aim to be accessible to our clients and to offer them the best possible solutions and services. As an Account Manager in Allianz Trade you will join an experienced team who provide service and advice to our clients.
What you do
- Be the point of contact for your clients and proactively build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
- Identify and respond to your client’s needs and requirements
- Maximise the retention of your portfolio
- Ensure proper pricing
- Be a team-player in the team of account managers
- Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities
- Service customers based on the company’s service model – including client visits
- Interact closely with other core internal functions
- Perform administrative processes to maintain your client portfolio
You may be based in Copenhagen or in Jutland. Client meetings are an important part of the job, and you must be prepared to travel.
About you
- You like to deal with people and have a natural ability to create long term relationships.
- You work in a structured and organized manner but are also able to find creative solutions.
- You are flexible and feel comfortable planning your own day.
- You are a good planner and driven to attain your goals.
- We think you have some years of experience from similar positions. You have a solid education within finance and a broad financial understanding.
What you bring
- Understanding of credit insurance
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience from a similar position is an advantage
- Eager to join a high performing team and contribute to raise the barrier
- Fluent in Danish and English written and in writing
- Good competences in IT systems and MS office
