We are seeking a passionate People Analytics & HRIS Specialist to join our team. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the further development of our HRIS roadmap. Moreover, you will play a central role creating the foundation for our People Analytics agenda. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.
You will be joining the Rewards team – a small team operating at a global level. We work closely together with our HR colleagues around the world and the business. You will report directly to Anne Marie Knuth, Senior Director HR Reward, Mobility, & HRIS who is based in Hellerup. You will also be based in our headquarters in Hellerup.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop the People Analytics journey in Ascendis Pharma.
- Continued focus on building our HRIS roadmap and be a key driver when rolling out new modules.
- Be a project leader for HR data projects
- HR point of contact in relation to Workday.
- Improving HR processes, workflows, and systems.
- Consolidating, analyzing, and deciphering data to help drive the decision-making processes.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues and the business on various People Analytics related day-to-day topics.
Qualifications and Skills:
You hold a relevant academic degree – preferably a Master of Business, Economics, Administration or similar – and preferably a minimum of 3 years’ experience within People Analytics and Data, HRIS, or similar.
We believe the ideal candidate have a solid HRIS experience – preferably within Workday – but experience with other HRIS could also be relevant.
Furthermore, you have:
- Proven experience within People Analytics and HRIS
- Ability to understand and explain key HRIS issues and address stakeholder requirements
- Has strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in English at a professional level, both written and spoken.
