The Position
As an Advance Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will play a crucial role in various SAP projects and support activities. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the suc-cessful implementation and configuration of SAP systems, as well as in managing quality and production processes.
Core responsibilities:
- Work on SAP PPPI & SAP QM implementation and support, as well as S4 HANA/ECC projects
- Support all configurations and implementations within the team using your exper-tise in Master Data - bill of materials, work centres/resources, routings/recipe, pro-duction versions, inspection plan, primary inspection, characteristics, catalogues, and code groups
- Perform material requirement planning - configure and integrate with procurement, sales and distribution, and define new strategy definitions
- Be responsible for production order execution - order confirmation, goods issue, goods receipt, and back flushing
- Manage quality in procurement, production, in-process inspection, calibration, and sales
- Write functional specifications, coordinate with the ABAP team, and execute testing of new functionalities
- Work towards SAP PP-QM integration with third-party tools as required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifica-tions:
- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree or similar graduate degree in relevant fields (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) and relevant business experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM with expertise and in-depth knowledge of master data management, material requirement planning, and pro-duction order execution
- Must exhibit strong implementation and support project experience within SAP PPPI and SAP QM
- Well-versed in S4 HANA/ ECC. Familiarity with SAP GBT is a plus
- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership S4 HANA/ECC
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders, along with strong presentation abilities.
We are seeking candidates with strong logical and critical thinking abilities, a collaborative mindset and a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. The role requires excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving problems as part of a team.
