Your job
As our new Performance Marketing Manager at Nespresso Nordics, you will become part of our dynamic Nordic PR & Communications team. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Marketing, E-Commerce, Trade, and Finance across the Nordics, as well as with our headquarters in Switzerland, in addition to creative and media agencies.
This is a full-time position, in which you can choose to be based in either Oslo, Stockholm, or Copenhagen, and you will report directly to the Nordic Digital Marketing Manager.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive relevant audiences to our E-channels, with the goal of increasing retention and driving sales. You will play a crucial role in translating campaign planning, channel initiatives, and business objectives into a clear and effective online acquisition strategy.
In addition to this, you will actively collaborate with our Brand team in the online domain to maximize our visibility and enhance online awareness. By leveraging your expertise, you will ensure that our brand message reaches the right audience at the right time, ultimately driving engagement and conversion.
Key responsibilities in the role will include:
- Develop a comprehensive digital acquisition plan to increase traffic and audience engagement on Nespresso's digital touchpoints, aligning with sales objectives.
- Define and execute a performance-based plan that considers global campaign strategies, local market needs, competitive landscape, and budget constraints.
- Increase quality traffic and raise awareness to grow Nespresso's audience across various digital touchpoints.
- Implement performance strategies and maximize the impact of digital media investments, such as Search, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, and App channels.
- Manage day-to-day online acquisition tactics, including SEM, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, and Paid Social Media Campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize local digital acquisition and performance activities, making data-driven decisions to maximize results and provide stakeholders with clear insights into media channel performance and ROI.
- Gather insights and compile comprehensive reports to provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of media channel performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with performance and creative media agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality online materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on new trends, tools, and applications within the digital industry, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

To thrive in the position, you have strong business acumen, a data-driven mindset, and a creative flair. In addition to this, you:
- Have a minimum of approx. 5 years’ experience working with Performance Marketing, including driving audience engagement through digital acquisition activities, such as SEM, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Retargeting, and Custom Audiences.
- Hold a relevant educational background.
- Are fluent in English, and ideally also in one of the Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish), but the latter is not a must.
- Are familiar working with Google tools and platforms, including DMP.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data for strategic decisions.
- Excel in aligning strategies across multiple stakeholders, including Nespresso HQ, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Have a results-oriented mindset, enabling you to understand the impact of your contributions.
- Actively seek collaboration and idea-sharing, believing in proactive cooperation.
- Show energy, enthusiasm, and team-oriented approach to drive success.
