CRM Integration Engineer

We are excited to announce that we are looking to expand our team by hiring a Senior IT Engineer or Architect with a significant background in CRM solutions such as fx. Microsoft Dynamics. As we continue to grow and take on more complex projects, it has become crucial to find the right individual who can bring their expertise and practical experience to our organization.

Personal Customers have the desire to embark on a creatively CRM vendor solution. Utilizing standard process incl. embedded AI value - and replace a high number of current homebuilt applications, to cater for the new Engagement Model towards customers and at the same time take the IT landscape to next level.

The Personal Customers business unit in Danske Bank is standing in front of a large transformation spanning multiple areas across the business all of which are heavily reliant on a solid, sustainable and secure data foundation - and a CRM solution to all Advisors and supporters in all countries

The Tribe
The Customer Engagement Individuals tribe exists with the customer at the centre of everything. The tribe has ownership of key customer facing systems spanning across Danske Bank’s channels and capabilities. The Tribe consists of a wide range of profiles (Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Business Functional Specialists, Architects, UI/UX Designers, IT Engineers and much more) and nationalities (Nordics wide, Lithuania, Indian & more.) which we leverage to ensure solutions are the best they can be for our customers.

You will be joining the Customer Engagement Individuals Tribe and gain approximately 140 colleagues where you will be a part one of the CRM squads in charge of enabling the vendor CRM system across the Personal Customers domain and help enable Danske Bank get ready for the next generation of banking services. This will first and foremost be achieved through creation of the foundational data elements underpinning banking services on our scalable data platform. Data engineering will therefore be a significant enabler of the strategy and allow for commercial teams to develop data products and system owners to trust they receive high quality data enabling their required downstream functionality.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Leading and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions such as fx. Microsoft Dynamics.
• Configuring the CRM system to meet the specific needs of our clients.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest CRM trends and technologies to continuously improve our services.
• Ensure sufficient and coherent documentation and reporting.
• Work closely together with other system owners to ensure correct architecture
• Work with other business areas across Personal Customers to ensure bank wide understanding and adoption
• Be expected to continuously learn and grow in the role and adopt new technologies as the technical landscape changes.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who is a great communicator, a team player, and has a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to work individually and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also essential.

What we imagine you bring a “can do” attitude and execution power as the plan is highly ambitious - both scale and timeline. You holda Bacholor’s degree or higher within Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar.

Danske Bank is a large and complex organisation, hence experience from larger development organisations will be a asset

Furthermore you;

• Have experience with CRM – e.g. MS Dynamics
• Have experience & understanding of cloud vendors, data platforms and big data technologies are a plus.
• Have experience with security, compliance, risk, load & general financial services data are a plus
• Are fluent in written and spoken English
• Are based in Denmark, as we do not offer re-location package.

The ideal candidate should have substantial hands-on experience with implementing and configuring CRM vendor solution from previous roles. We are seeking someone who is not only well-versed in the technical aspects but also has a solid understanding of best practices and strategies for successful CRM deployment.
