Digital Retail Coordinator

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of a dedicated retail team supporting JACK&JONES and JJXX stores in more than 40 markets. With more than 20 colleagues in our Brande office, we cover every aspect of retail, from operations and buying to visual merchandising and digital initiatives. Together, we support over 1,000 stores, continuously expanding and refining how we operate. Our team is international, dynamic, and offers a welcoming environment where collaboration is key.

YOUR ROLE
As our Digital Retail Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for administrative support to keep our digital retail operations on track. In this role, you will handle essential day-to-day tasks that ensure smooth communication and reliable service for our stores and franchise partners. Working closely with our markets and Digital Retail Manager you will play a vital role in maintaining digi-tal performance, managing data, and supporting key initiatives.
More specifically, your tasks include:

• Support our colleagues in over 40 markets with administrative tasks and clear communi-cation.
• Oversee store review management and maintain location data.
• Create and distribute weekly digital performance updates across markets.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations for online and in-person meetings.
• Assist with the administration of digital platforms, ensuring streamlined workflows and consistent support.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a reliable, service-minded individual who enjoys structure and stability. You thrive in a role with defined tasks and take pride in delivering quality work that supports the broader team. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency are essential.
Furthermore, you should bring the following qualifications:

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
• Excellent organizational abilities with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the capability to prioritize tasks and support multiple stake-holders.
• Interest in video editing and creating visually and engaging presetations.
• Technical proficiency in Adobe package (InDesign, and PhotoShop) is a plus, but not re-quired.

If you have previous experience working in a retail store, it will be considered an advantage.
