Ferring + you You can look forward to playing a pivotal role in our Global Medical Excellence department, where we focus on enabling data-driven insights to inform medical strategies and enhance stakeholder engagement.
Alongside colleagues in Field Medical Excellence, you will help drive our insights process and associated platforms, including a forum to drive outside-in prediction and trends to inform data-driven decision-making and next-best actions.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will help develop our framework for gathering competitive intelligence to support medical and scientific strategy development. This includes coordinating the sharing of insights across medical and relevant cross-functional teams and ensuring a feedback loop.
Your day at FerringOne of your primary responsibilities will be to develop and implement advanced analytics models to derive actionable insights from medical intelligence from field medical interactions and other sources of insights, such as medical information inquiries, publications, and more.
While continuously staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that may impact medical analytics and reporting, you will also:
Identify internal stakeholders to partner with and ensure that key field medical and other medical insights are adequately actioned upon
Provide analytics support for external engagement initiatives and ensure alignment with medical objectives and compliance standards
Maintain and continuously improve our “Medical Affairs Performance Dashboard” in Power BI and associated Medical Affairs data hub, ensuring that integrations from the CRM and other systems are in place and working well
Synthesize and translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical programs and initiatives by providing input to KPIs at the start and recommendations for optimization by tracking engagement on specific assets and channels
Design and analyze internal medical surveys for proactive and reactive HCP feedback by Field Medical Affairs (e.g., Voice of HCP, post-event surveys, insight gatherings, etc.)
Ensure compliance and appropriate data use, including oversight of data management and overall medical data governance in accordance with internal SOPs and policies
Your primary work location will be our spectacular state-of-the-art Soundport offices near Copenhagen airport, while you can also work from home up to two days a week.
Behind our innovation – there’s you You are a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you have excellent communication and presentation skills, which enable you to translate complex data into actionable insights.
We also imagine that you have the following:
Proven experience in data analytics and data science within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI – and experience with SAS, R, Python, or Dataiku is a plus
An advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or Health Economics
