The position
As a Financial Real Estate Administrator at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Be responsible for the management and financial administration of our lease agreements in DK
- Handle payment and budgeting of property taxes for our properties in DK
- Conduct financial and accounting operations, including preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
- Manage accounting processes for all activities related to financial lease administration, including, month-end close, and consolidation of real estate inputs to external reporting, e.g. IFRS16.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage relationships with landlords.
In this role, you will be part of the Corporate Real Estate team in Novo Nordisk, where you together with a good colleague will be responsible the financial administration of all of Novo Nordisk’s lease agreements in DK.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Relevant academic degree within business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field with excellent results.
- 0-3 years of experience in financial administration, preferably within real estate.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and internal controls over financial reporting.
- Fluency in English and Danish, and demonstrating excellent writing and presentation skills.

The Real Estate team is part of Corporate Facilities at Novo Nordisk. We are a diverse and professional team of 9 colleagues, working closely together with other corporate functions, technical specialists, finance, and senior stakeholders across all of Novo Nordisk. The team is located at our headquarters in Denmark, where we have a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
