The position
We are looking for a candidate to fill the position as EA & Project Manager to the Corporate Vice President of Business Support & Program Office in Digital, Data & IT. You will support the CVP and the management team in a wide range of tasks, including developing organisational strategy, driving organisational change management initiatives, coordinating management activities, reporting, budgeting, run internal projects and much more. You will be an active member of the management team interacting with both internal and external stakeholders at several organisational levels. You will have a high degree of exposure to management.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role:

  • Ideally, you hold a master’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or economics
  • You have experience from working in an IT environment/organisation
  • Ideally, you have experience with Agile methodologies
  • You have strong strategic reasoning and analytical skills
  • You can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, follow up in a proactive and timely manner
  • You have a flair for numbers and a solid experience in planning and controlling budgets
  • You are self-motivated, extremely result oriented, and always raising the bar for yourself
  • You have a high degree of independence, high-quality mind set, and can maintain an overview also under time pressure
  • You have strong cross functional understanding as well as excellent communication and people skills
  • You are fluent in English, and you are a skilled MS Office user with broader IT skills

About the department
You will join Business Support & Program Office, Digital, Data & IT which employs approx. 75 diverse and highly skilled IT employees working in Denmark and India. We support Line of Business and enable world-class IT projects across the Novo Nordisk value chain within IT finance, IT sourcing, sustainability, IT processes, privacy, compliance, quality, IT offices and IT program management.
