The position

As a Training Pro-ject Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to support optimal training and employees’ performance.
Your tasks will include:
- Driving projects across teams and departments, supporting both function-specific training and competency development initiatives for all our employees
- Developing training activities within our defined framework: analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning activities
- Supporting all managers in implementing the training framework including change management, webinars and training sessions and individual guidance
- Acting as a center of expertise on Training for Competence and how people learn, including designing and facilitating train-the-trainer workshops
- Knowledge share with colleagues to ensure a professional, aligned and cooperat-ing team
- Hands-on registration of all activities and support managers with documentation and setup of training systems
- Managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
You will join a network of training professionals across Novo Nordisk and Product Supply where we share knowledge about best practices and grow together while solving prob-lems and driving impact. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Ex-perts in each department to ensure compliant training within healthcare regulated work processes.
Qualifications
To become part of our Training Team, different job levels can be relevant, and the final position could be titled Training Project Manager or Associate Training Project Manager depending on your experience.
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- BSc or MSc Degree within project management, business administration, human resource, people or organizational development, learning science or psychology
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and stakeholder manage-ment, preferably within development or training programs in a global cross func-tional environment
- An analytical and data-driven approach with attention to detail when working in our Learning Management Systems
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish will be highly advanta-geous
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, LEAN way of working and GxP areas would be an advantage
On a personal level, you possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can take the lead while effectively collaborating with various stakeholders. We anticipate that you will demonstrate a strong drive, while also being an integral part of a highly collaborative team.
About the department
As Training Project Manager in AMSAT (Aseptic Manufacturing Science And Technology) you will be part of a Training Team consisting of 14 colleagues. The Training Team is an-chored in Business Support, and as AMSAT is growing, all training and onboarding activi-ties are well supported by the AMSAT Management. Our team is supportive and collabo-rative, and we strive to achieve our goals together. As a Training Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our training programs and make a difference in the learning experience of our employees.
